  Do not give them your business. Brought my engagement ring in for a prong repair and when I picked it up, my stone was scratched. I have a very expensive ring that I took photos of before dropping it off. Felt confident when I brought it in since they took a photo of it as well. When I picked it up, there was a noticeable scratch on the top of the stone. Repairman denied the scratch and photos he took when I dropped it off were of such terrible quality, you couldnt see any detail in the stone. Do not trust your sentimental jewelry will be handled with care here.
