  They do an excellent job and even better in this day and age their customer service is stellar. I live in a wooded area in New Smyrna and my home is pest free. I highly recommend this company especially for flea termite and roach treatment.

  Heron Landscape is in every way one of the best companies we've ever worked with. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and go above and beyond to care for your out doors and your family. We subscribe to 4 services with them. When we found ticks in our yard, Matt Mckendree, our service consultant, was there on a Saturday morning within an hour. Every issue we've had with lawn and pest has been handled effectively and they appreciate their clients. Every time I have a concern about anything from weeds to invoicing, someone is there to solve the issue beyond my expectations. Thank you, Ormond Heron.

  the guy that showed up when I was opening the account was very nice and assured me that he was always going to be there if I needed anything . I added lawn and pest control. their pest control department is horrible! the appointment times were never honored. once I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, the guy never showed up and did not even call to say he was wasn't coming. they reschedule my appointment and it turns out that no appointment was schedule when I called to confirmed. when I called the guy that register me originally so I could explain to him my frustration - the one that assured me he will always be available- he did not even bother replying back to me. just a hot mess! I will just have to do my own extermination work! dont use their pest control ever again!
