Julian was able to calm our fears & managed to schedule 5 Star same day service! We run a small business & could not afford to be down over the weekend. Bryan came to our rescue . He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient & highly experienced. He followed through with complete test runs & was extremely knowledgeable in answering ALL our questions. We were up & running our business again in less than an hour. I will call JNR for any future repairs & highly recommend them to friends & family.
