  Don't go here unless you know exactly what you need. I had to ask 2 different employees plus pressed the assistance button in the isle. After waiting 35 minutes for some assistance and one employee telling me "that's not my department...... I don't know where they are. Did you press the button?" I left my cart and pending purchases behind and walked out.

  I ordered something online and went to pick it up. At the pick up counter there was someone who was obviously new being taught by another more experienced clerk. After about 10 minutes of excruciating do this and now do this. The guy in front of me gives up and just walks off. There is four people behind me, and come 12:30 the experienced clerk takes off, regardless of the fact the new employee is totally lost. I give her the receipt showing that I have already paid for the product. The poor woman is walking in circles with no one else at customer service to help her. Even though it takes 15 for her to figure out how to proceed, I don't express any anxiousness. Of the 4 people behind me, 3 give up on products they already paid for. I got to leave and the only way to exit the building is to go through a check out line. It is bike week and the shortest line is 7 people. I am in line for nearly 20 minutes and when I get to the cashier I hand her the bag with the pick up receipt stapled to the outside of the bag. She obviously doesn't know what to do something she goes to get another cashier. She also does not know, so they go get a 3rd cashier. Finally she comes back and informs me that I have to go to the service department. At this point I'm losing my cool and say I already paid for it, picked it up at service desk and all I want to do is get out of the building. The only reason this is not one star is the that the product was good quality for a good price.
