  Good choices for subs and hot foods. Good deli management and deli employees. The whole store had comfortable. Found everything I needed. Cashier and service desk fast and friendly baggers did great job.

  I have shopped at The Trails Publix for over 30 years. I know I am a senior citizen. I do not shop at their deli any longer due to the staff and service. It is out dated and does not look clean. I am cautious about people handling food products. I should not have ask a person to change gloves when it is my time to order. Example: I was waiting to purchase chicken tenders. The customer in front of me was purchasing fried fish. He picked up my chicken tenders with the same gloves he had been using for the fish. I ask him why he did not change gloves since I did not want chicken with a fishy taste. It was weird. He ignored my question and started talking about he needed 2 hours of recliner time. I laid the tenders down and left the store without purchasing any of the items. I just left the cart. I am retired so I have plenty of time to shop at another store. It is a pleasure to shop when the staff is courteous and well groomed.
