  I was in this store last week to make a payment and to also get the free Hulu added to my account. I worked with a man named Demitris. He was so patient and helped me through everything. My phone was giving us trouble getting Hulu to work properly and recognize my Sprint connection. He walked me through everything Incase it happened again in the future. Everyone there was very friendly. This is a great store.

  Worst customer service ever. Went in to ask about information regarding fixing a problem the individual Jeff was absolutely rude. Would not answer any of my questions kept talking over me and repeating himself. I asked for the manager. He told me the manger was with another customer and could not help me. I have never seen such horrible service. Been with Sprint for years. This is making me rethink being a customer all together.
