  I called to inquire about getting a passport photograph. The automatic telephone system slowly moved from nobody to nobody until someone answered. The woman who answered just said, "hello." Really, in 2017 an employee at a business has not been taught to answer with the name of the business? The woman was very polite and helpful, but with all the completion, every impression should be important.

  Pharmacy tech has horrible attitude- Not sure her name but she was a brunette. The Dr. some how made a mistake on my prescription and because I am new to the area and it was the first time I saw that Dr. I could not remember her name. I simply asked how long it would be due to being ill and having a child with me...her snotty response was I don't know. Then elaborated that the prescription was not done properly once I called her out on her attitude, that's why she could not give me a estimated time.(understandably... but why the attitude.) The response I was given when I respectfuly said she was In a bad mood was I can go fill them some where else. REALLY!? That's a response they give to a customer. Absolutely horrible customer service!

  I have been disappointed with this walgreens on a few occations, but today was the last straw. Went there for a passport photo. No one was at the photo counter so I rang the bell. A couple minutes later a woman walks around the corner, looking like I had clearly interrupted her and says "can i help you" . Told her I needed a passport photo. She grabbed camera, told me to tuck my hair behind my ears, took 1 picture, no flash and told me it would take 5 minutes to process. So me and my daughter walked around for a few minutes. She came and found us, had the envelope taped shut with receipt. I asked to look at the pictures and she ripped through the receipt to unveil the worst picture I had ever seen of myself. My skin looked gray and looked like I had bags under my eyes. ( I certainly do not and have a great tan also) I said wow, that's rough and she just giggled and walked away. Never offered to retake the picture or anything. I left the pictures on the counter and went to cvs, over the bridge, where they took a great photo and made sure I was pleased with it before I paid! Also gave my daughter a free lollipop. I will be switching my service to them from here on out...
